Lord God, you have taught that no one can serve two masters, for we will be devoted to one and despise the other. Father, I desire to have wealth and a successful business, but I don’t want it to own me. I don’t want to be a slave to my business or to money. I want to serve You and be devoted to you. Please guard me against slipping into bad thinking or bad habits with my priorities when it comes to finances. Keep me true to you. Amen.
